Mandaue Foam (MF) in collaboration with Parks and Playgrounds Commission (PPC) worked together for an Eco-Beautification initiative for the public parks of Cebu City. in line with that, MF and PPC launched Balayong Tree Planting Activity where employees of Mandaue Foam participated in planting a total of 138 Balayong seedlings in Plaza Independencia and Fuente Osmena.

Balayong also known as Palawan Cherry is a medium-size tree that produces light pink flower comparable to that of Cherry Blossom Trees in Japan. In years to come, we hope to see the beautiful flowers bloom and further blossom the beauty of the city.
