The Cebu City Public Library is the first* ever 24/7 public library in the Philippines with free entrance and free wifi access. It is a place of hardwork from students and board examiners and we in Mandaue Foam know the perseverance and respect poured into ones work for ones future. Our foams and furniture were handcrafted by talented Filipino workers and it is just right for us to share their creation and our success to the people that will one day shape the future of Cebu and the Philippines.
