When can I use my homecard online?
Homecard can be applied to any regular priced item. Homecard cannot be used during sale periods, on sale items, marked down, net priced items and the like.

We can assist you to place your order over the phone with the branch nearest you and if your preferred delivery method is Branch Pickup.

How to remove an item in your shopping cart?
To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can:

Click on the Cart icon on top of Mandaue Foam page to go to your shopping cart

Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.
Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.
We will also send email notifications to keep you updated frequently on your order status.
How do I use my coupon?
Coupons can only be used during checkout. Coupons cannot be used on sale items or during sale periods.

At Payment step, you will find a coupon code box under Order Summary (on the left side of the page)
To use your coupon code, enter it in the coupon code box and click "Apply Coupon"
A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount

You may need to log in to your account in order to use your coupon. Kindly make sure to check if the coupon has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.

Please also note that coupons sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your shopping cart.
Can I use a coupon for my existing order?
We are unable to add the coupon code for you within the system.
Coupon codes must be entered when you are at order placement step during checkout.
Do I need a Mandaue Foam account to use coupons?
Yes. You may be required to log in to your Mandaue Foam account in order to use coupons.

Can I use different coupons at the same time?
You can only use 1 coupon code per transaction. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount promotions including Homecard and sale periods.
How long is my coupon valid?
It varies. The expiration date is always displayed on your coupons/ coupon codes.

Generally, coupons/ coupon codes are valid for 30 days or less. The 30 days starts from the day you are notified that you have received a coupon.

If you receive a coupon code via email, the expiry date of the coupons/ coupon codes will be indicated in the email.
What happens if my coupon expires?
An expired coupon/ coupon code is no longer valid. But don't worry, we will remind you to use your gift before it expires.
When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Online Sales team will conduct an order verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

Our branch will also email or contact you with regard to your final delivery date.

The delivery may take within 1 - 3 business days for ready made items and 15 - 30 days for made to order items.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product?
Click on the product you want and go to its product information page. You will see the delivery lead time of that product on the page.
Can I schedule the delivery of my order?
Our in-house delivery team is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we can not guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

Rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact our customer service at "Contact" page [click] immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
Is there any domestic area Mandaue Foam cannot deliver to?
Yes, usually we are able to deliver if it’s a drive of at most 2-3 hours from our showrooms or factories but there are accompanying delivery charges and it depends on where your exact location is as well.
Does Mandaue Foam offer international shipments?
International shipment is not available at Mandaue Foam at the moment.
Can Mandaue Foam deliver the package to my office?
Mandaue Foam will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, please send us your inquiry at "Contact" page [click], we will help you to change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.

NOTE: Delivery addresses can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our delivery team.
Can I pick up my order at Mandaue Foam branch?
Yes, you can pick a branch of your choice upon ordering.
Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?
Sorry but currently we do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.

Should you want to have your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).
Which payment methods does Mandaue Foam offer?
To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

Credit/ Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and JCB) via Paypal
Cash payment at any M Lhuillier Branch via ML ePay
Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
Mandaue Foam accepts all major credit and debit cards supported by VISA, Mastercard, JCB or AMEX, whether your card is locally issued or a foreign-issued one through PayPal.

For foreign-issued cards, since our checkout page has been limited to provide Philippine addresses only, please indicate on the "complete billing address field" the exact address and post code that would match your card's billing address.

Your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards.
Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?
We can assist you in this case; however, it is not encouraged in terms of transaction safety.
Why am I not able to make a payment with my Paypal account?
We encourage you to use a Philippines Paypal account when making a purchase using Paypal on our website.

While most international Paypal accounts are accepted by Paypal Philippines, you might encounter issues from some restricted country accounts.
Why was my order charged wrong amount?
Your order might incur a shipping fee/handling fee.

Do you keep my credit card details?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our payment processor PayPal.
Where can I request an official receipt?
Your receipt will be with your order upon delivery.

Where are your stores located?
Mandaue Foam has over 20 showrooms nationwide with more being developed all the time. For the complete listing of our stores, addresses, and their contact numbers, please check our branches page. [click].
Do you customize furniture?
Yes, we do customize sofas, mattresses both foam and spring. Just pick out a design, fabrics, and give us your specifications and we will do the rest! Production though can sometimes take a while so please do bear with us on this.
What are your store hours?
Mandaue Foam is open from Mondays – Sundays, store hours may vary per branch visit our branch page for complete list of branch with corresponding store hours. We are also open on most holidays except for Holy Thursday and Good Friday, November 1, Christmas (December 25) and New Year (January 1).
What are the payment options in your stores?

We accept cash and all major credit cards in our showrooms. We also have some ongoing promos with some local banks here in the Philippines where you can avail of 0% interest for up to 3 months. Please contact the branch you want to purchase from for more details. We also accept ePayment for online and in-store customer, ePayment can be made via PayPal with straight credit card payment or PayPal account balance and M Lhuillier ePay and pay with cash at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide.

How can I buy if I am abroad?
We accept orders from abroad for local delivery here in the Philippines via our Online Shop. Just browse our online catalog and place order.
Can you re-upholster or repair furniture?
Yes we can reupholster sofas but only if they were purchased from our store since only then we can guarantee the construction and quality of the item. For sofas bought from other stores, we cannot reupholster. For repairs, we also do repair or even replace damaged pieces or parts but once again, only if they were purchased from our stores.
How can I pay through PayPal or ML ePay?

Once the availability of the items are confirmed, an invoice for payment will be sent for PayPal which you can pay with Major Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. A payment reference code for ML ePay which you can pay with cash at any MLhuillier Branch.

I'm already a card member, but why didn't my Home Card discount reflect on my total bill?
The 15% off discount for Home Card members will apply for regular priced items on your cart once the order has been verified on the branch nearest you.
