Customers can purchase the card for only P900, and that will be the one and only fee for this membership. Once purchased, the card gives up to 20% discount for anything—from sofas to pillows to mattresses. It can be used in any Mandaue Foam store, and it lasts a lifetime!

How to Get Your Homecard

1. Select your preferred branch — Choose the branch where you'd like to pick up your Homecard from the dropdown.
2. Proceed to checkout — Click the checkout button when it appears.
3. Log in or create an account — You need a Mandaue Foam account to bind your Homecard. If you're not logged in, please log in. If you don't have an account yet, click Sign Up, complete registration, then log in with your new account.
4. Complete payment — Fill in your billing details and pay the one-time fee of ₱900.
5. Check your email — Your Homecard Online QR code will be sent to your registered email address. You can present this QR code at any Mandaue Foam physical store to avail your member discount.
6. Claim your physical card for free — Visit your selected preferred branch to claim your physical Homecard at no additional cost.
7. You're a Homecard member! — Enjoy exclusive member discounts in-store and online.
